Regular readers will notice that there have been a few changes on the blog.

First off, I’ve moved the navigation column over to the left. The people at Bluefrog who know more about this than I do have shown me some rather powerful eye-tracking studies that have convinced me to switch sides (there are more examples here and more recently, here).

Whether web users have been “taught” by sites like Google to look to the left first, I’m not sure, but it seems like the Golden Triangle is the place to put the important stuff.

Inside it, (just below the photograph of me) you’ll see that the update options have changed. My old email notification service, Notifixious has closed down so I’ve moved to Feedblitz. If you want to continue to receive free updates direct to your inbox, you should enter your email address again.

The service obviously works for new subscribers too, so add your details and you’ll automatically receive updates everytime I put up a new post.

Bookmarking, sharing and the RSS feed are in the same section.

A little further down the page, you’ll find a free text search option so you no longer have to depend on my tagging to find the stuff you are looking for.

Just beneath that, you’ll find direct links to all the Bluefrog free research. They contain loads of fundraising insights so please take a look. You can still download the complete set of papers over at the main Bluefrog site.

That’s it. Thanks for reading.
